Our client is currently seeking a Electrical Engineer 2
Join a dynamic engineering team developing the next generation of In-Flight Entertainment systems. Your responsibilities will include: Developing new power supply solutions to provide on-board power and in-flight entertainment hardware including AC/DC Power supplies and high-voltage DC/DC converters (LLC and flyback). As part of this job, you will be responsible for the design, testing, and documentation.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Power control for USB Type C and Power Delivery 2.0.PFC, LLC, and Inverter designs.DSP or FPGA-base design, especially for power converter control.Hardware development and planning including layout, analysis, evaluation, prototype build, and test.
Qualifications & Requirements:
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (MS in Electrical Engineering preferred). Three to six years of experience in areas such as higher mathematics, electronics, and circuit design. Hands-on experience with analog simulators. Two or more years of experience with at least two of the following: o Design of AC/DC Power supplies. o Power Factor Correction o High-voltage DC/DC converters (LLC and flyback). o Power control for USB Type C and Power Delivery 2.0. o DSP or FPGA-based design, especially for power converter control.
