Operations Remote/Hybrid (San Diego , CA)) Contract Position -
Full-time
We are seeking a LEAN Business Partner with 7-10 years of
experience in LEAN methodologies, product management, and change
management to drive process improvements and innovation. The role
focuses on agile product implementation, optimizing workflows, and
enhancing customer satisfaction using AI-powered insights. Industry
experience in tax, accounting, or financial software is
preferred.

Job Description
As a LEAN Business Partner, you will collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders to strategize, create, and execute
comprehensive LEAN methodology initiatives. You'll work alongside
change management specialists to optimize essential global
processes across the company's Expert Network and partners (10
partners onshore/offshore, supporting approximately 20,000
experts).
Your focus will be implementing LEAN Management System standard
practices, simplifying processes, conducting daily improvements
(Kaizen), and overseeing end-to-end process optimization projects.
This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on
operational efficiency while working with cross-functional teams
across a global organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead Gembas and implement standards workshops to streamline flows
and implement Kaizen for suppliers as part of the broader Expert
Network Coach teams to increase Lean maturity through Daily
Management and Problem Solving methodologies Facilitate Value
Stream Mapping workshops and document outcomes to drive process
improvement initiatives Deliver complex re-engineering,
simplification, standardization, and optimization of identified
global cross-functional processes Participate in development of
Continuous Improvement Transformation Community & Culture through
workshops, forums & training sessions Implement Change Management
strategies related to LEAN implementations Work with senior
stakeholders to establish partnerships and facilitate effective
interactions Direct work efforts in a matrixed environment to
achieve objectives effectively and efficiently
Required Experience/Skills
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green (LSSGB) or Black Belt (LSSBB) from a
reputable company Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business
Operations, Finance, or Management 7-10 years of professional
experience driving large, cross-functional LEAN & continuous
improvement initiatives with demonstrable business results
Extensive track record implementing Lean Management Systems (Daily
Management, Problem Solving, Coaching, Gemba practice, Standard
Work, Leader Standard Work) Strong experience with global
Suppliers/Partners development programs Breadth of knowledge of
complex Lean and Six Sigma tools, methodology & statistical
analysis Experience working on large, global process re-engineering
initiatives in complex organizations Very strong facilitation
skills in managing senior stakeholder relationships and workshops
Understanding & facilitating change in challenging & dynamic
environments
Nice-to-Haves
Change Management certified professional - Prosci - ADKAR, Kotter,
etc. Knowledge & understanding of the high technology/software
industry business models & core processes Experience improving
Value Propositions and Revenue Growth via LEAN implementations
Experience with product management and learning development
initiatives Advanced degree in relevant field
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, or
Management required
Pay & Benefits Summary
