Team Job Details Responsibilities: Lead the budgeting, forecasting,
and variance analysis process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Responsible for monthly financial reporting to key stakeholders,
comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts. Analyze
financial data and create financial models for decision support,
identifying trends and performance metrics that lead to actionable
recommendations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual
deliverables, including Board reporting and presentations. Develop
and maintain financial dashboards and KPI's to track performance
against strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Engage
with stakeholders across the organization to understand business
needs and provide financial insights. Collaborate with executives
on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights
on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Event Tracking and
Management, Sales and Marketing spend efficiency. Improve financial
status by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying
trends, and recommending actions to management. Oversee the
financial planning and budgeting process for the company, working
closely with department heads to compile and review budgets.
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics
tracking, analyzing financial data, and creating financial models.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or
related field. An MBA, CPA, or CFA is preferred. Minimum of 5 years
of experience in a financial planning and analysis role, preferably
within the Accounting Finance industry. Strong background in
accurate and timely financial reporting, complex data analysis and
forecasting ERP NetSuite is a plus. SQL knowledge is a plus.
