transitioning from paper to digital. Job Responsibilities: This job
is responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to
clients and prospects that may be in the United States (US) or
global. Key responsibilities include actively managing and pursuing
treasury revenue streams along with increasing product penetration
across an assigned portfolio and partnering closely with
client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities. Job
expectations include providing product knowledge to deliver the
best possible solution to meet the client and prospect’s needs.
Focus on growing new and existing relationships by identifying and
cross selling our global treasury solutions Lead, coach, and
develop Treasury Sales Analysts in day to day support of client
deliverables Serve as a digital ambassador driving mobile, digital,
and real time payments adoption Manage and lead strategic dialogues
around key client centric issues by leveraging industry best
practices, peer benchmarking, and industry data analytics Maintain
a strong client focus, treasury industry expertise, client
subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of banking Job
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 6
years of experience in treasury sales Intellectually curious and
motivated to continuously improve processes Sales and client
relationship experience Excellent verbal/ written communication and
presentation skills Proven negotiation and active listening skills
Excellent critical/strategic thinking and problem resolution skills
Successfully demonstrates creative thinking while adhering to
guidelines Strong business/financial acumen Demonstrates the
ability to foster strong partnerships within the core team and the
ability to build sincere rapport with client contacts Effectively
manages competing priorities in an organized fashion while
maintaining a consistent level of client satisfaction Successfully
maneuvers throughout the enterprise Proactively engages all
internal partners for sales opportunities Effectively manages risk
while balancing the needs of the client, the team, and the bank
Able to effectively work as an individual contributor as well as a
close team member in a fast paced environment International Cash
Management and/or Trade & Supply Chain Finance experience preferred
Intrinsically motivated to continuously improve processes and/or
one’s own education Certified Treasury Professional certification
or equivalent preferred Skills: Account Management Business

information Pay range $127,500.00 - $230,000.00 annualized salary,
offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill
set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to
participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are
eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall
individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and
contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the
