Job Description:

Volt is seeking an on-site Receptionist in the Glendale/Burbank, CA vicinity. The receptionist is responsible for performing a variety of job duties and functions as detailed below, and providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that a positive customer experience is achieved. Note: This opportunity requires verification of COVID 19 vaccination with exceptions only as applicable by law. Duties include: --- Answer in-coming telephone calls and provide guidance and direction to the caller --- Initiate outbound calls to announce arrival of guests, vendors, or other meeting attendees --- Greet and provide directions to internal members and/or guests to designated meeting locations --- High level of data entry. --- Successfully complete any on the job training to obtain knowledge of various conference room arrangements --- Organize and arrange conference room lay-out as instructed on the completed order form --- Successfully complete training and obtain knowledge of system database to manage and maintain master conference room schedules for various building locations --- Ensure that all conference room schedules are consistently maintained with the highest level of quality and accuracy --- Report any janitorial services needed or repairs needed in general visible areas --- Provide a high level of customer service on a consistent basis each day --- Ensure that a positive customer experience is achieved on a consistent basis each day Basic qualifications: --- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to professionally communicate with people at all levels within the organization, including internal members, business partners, executives and external vendors --- Ability to handle incoming calls professionally and in a timely fashion --- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities --- Experienced in providing superior customer service --- Ability to utilize good judgement and work independently with minimal supervision --- Strong relationship builder and one who consistently exhibits being a team player Payrate range: $23.00-$26.00/hr DOE This is an on-site role.
