for WET to succeed! Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Control
Panel Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing control
panels for various applications. This role requires a strong
understanding of electrical schematics and the ability to work with
a variety of tools and technologies. The Control Panel Technician
will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet
high-quality standards and function effectively. Responsibilities
Assemble control panels according to specifications and schematics
Perform electrical wiring, ensuring all connections are secure and
meet safety standards Working knowledge of related components such
as: Din Rails, PLC's, VFD Drives, Motors, Fuses, Relays, Power
Supplies, Separators, Jumpers, Caps, Blocks, Bus, Switches,
Terminal Blocks etc Perform Lay-outs, Punch, drill, tapp, wire
routing, labeling, cable terminating and crimping, etc Utilize hand
tools, power tools, and machining equipment for assembly tasks.
Test completed panels for functionality, troubleshooting any issues
that arise Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to
improve assembly processes Maintain a clean and organized workspace
to ensure safety and efficiency Requirements Proficiency in reading
and interpreting electrical schematics Ability to use hand tools,
power tools, and machining equipment effectively Knowledge of
electrical wiring practices and safety protocols Attention to
detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Previous
experience in a similar role is an advantage WET is an Equal
