Job Description:

This Construction Foreman Position Features:

? Great Pay to $93K

Immediate need for construction foreman seeking experienced site manager.

Thorough working knowledge of welding, pipe fitting, and threading, as well as working with copper.

Must posses a good understanding of mechanical code, and installation practices.

- Has the ability optimize resources (Man power/equipment/materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of work.

Ability to read and interpret and follow method statements and procedures.

Competent in reading and understanding specifications, blueprints, drawings and all other project and engineering documentation.

Good communicator, failure with OSHA safety procedures, and strictly enforces them.

Extensive familiarity with mechanical works with at least 8-10 years of experience in the capacity of Foreman and Lead position
