Key Responsibilities
Lead US and Bahamas spot and derivatives exchange operations
Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade operations
associates
Engage with customers, resolve trade differences, and manage
trading desk operations
Required Qualifications
Experience running middle/back office trade operations for a
brokerage or crypto exchange
Proven ability to build and manage a customer service-focused team
providing 24/5 coverage
Professional trading experience in crypto
Knowledge of US crypto regulations
