Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Management Consultant to lead
change management assessments for a Cloud Data Modernization
project.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify potential impacts of
cloud migration on people, processes, and technology
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather
requirements and align on change management strategies
Analyze migration effects on departments, identifying risks and
opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years in the Enterprise Data Warehouse space, leading
large-scale initiatives and change management projects
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; change
management certification is a plus
Deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise data
warehouse solutions
Ability to navigate complex environments and adjust strategies
based on evolving project needs
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively address stakeholder
concerns
