Pain Management Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner to
join our dynamic team. Job Description: We are looking for a
skilled, compassionate and experienced Pain Management PA/NP to
provide high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate
will have opportunities to diagnose, develop treatment plans,
perform in-office procedures, and provide ongoing patient education
and support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient
evaluations, including medical history and physical examinations.
Develop and implement individualized pain management plans in a
patient-centered team-based care model Perform diagnostic tests and
interpret results to aid in the diagnosis of pain conditions.
Administer treatments such as injections, nerve blocks, and other
interventional procedures. Monitor patient progress and adjust
treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families
about pain management strategies, medications, and lifestyle
modifications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive
patient care. Participate in continuous professional development
and stay current with advancements in pain management.
Qualifications: Master's degree from an accredited PA program OR
Graduation from a accredited NP program. Current state licensure
and certification by the National Commission on Certification of
Physician Associates (NCCPA). OR Current California license as NP.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pain management preferred.
Strong clinical skills in pain management procedures and patient
care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced, interprofessional environment.
