Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: West Hills, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,724 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Case Manager Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Case Management Duration: 12 months Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: - 2 years clinical hospital RN experience - 2 years hospital case management experience (discharge planning and utilization review) License: - Active RN license Certifications: - AHA BLS - BSN Must-Have: - Knowledge of InterQual is a plus - Charting experience with Epic preferred Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Case Management. The Nurse will work a day shift, Monday through Friday. The role does not have call requirements. This position requires the ability to determine medical necessity based on evidence-based guidelines. The Nurse will perform discharge planning and needs assessments. Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines is essential. The candidate should have experience utilizing InterQual criteria and understanding admission criteria. The department will support interdisciplinary collaboration, including social services. The patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Candidates will be required to float within the hospital. The facility has a daily census of approximately 120 patients. The total number of beds in the facility is 225. Business casual dress attire is required; scrubs are not needed. This role requires completing two forms prior to submitting any applications. Certification copies are required for the application. All RN positions require a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
