Job Description:
A company is looking for a Linux Administrator/Support Desk
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 & 2 support for the Unified Jury Management System
(UJMS)
Utilize ITSM tools to create, track, and update issues/requests
Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved queries to
higher support levels
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 3 years of IT work experience
Experience supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7 or
higher
Experience with Apache Tomcat and Microsoft SQL Server
Ability to acquire and maintain an AOUSC Public Trust clearance
