Metrics/Analytics will participate in the creation, improvement of
tools to model the production plans to our manufacturing
facilities. The aim is to integrate multiple constraints (customer
priorities, stock level of finished products, availability
/efficiency/scrap rate of production machines, availability of raw
materials, etc.). Once these constraints are described, the
objective is to develop optimization solutions, via algorithms and
dashboards in order to simulate and propose different scenarios to
the plant leadership. As a simulation and optimization tool, we
must also make the different results available through our
visualization tool (PowerBI). Must have good communication,
listening, analysis and synthesis skills with a strong numbers,
computer programming and improvement efforts. Very good use of
computer tools, databases (Azure SQL, Server), programming language
(Object Oriented Programming, VBA, Python), Office 365, Excel
capability with VLOOKUPS and pivot tables. PowerApps and Power BI
is mandatory. Works with moderate guidance in own area of
knowledge.
