This role is eligible for our uncapped commission plan which is paid monthly. On-target commission is $3,333 per month. Our Company ProSites provides digital marketing technology and services to community-based professionals in verticals such as the dental, medical, veterinary, accounting, and legal industries. Across the ProSites, CPA Site Solutions, and PracticeMojo brands, we make it easy for these small businesses to maintain a web presence, attract new customers through digital marketing channels, and communicate with existing customers across the web, texting, chat, and email. The Role: Be the trusted advisor to providers across the United States and Canada who are active subscribers of ProSites. As the primary point of contact for these accounts, you'll be responsible for helping our small business owners reach their goals by upselling our portfolio of website design and digital marketing solutions as well as products that increase practice efficiency and improve patient experiences. Successful candidates will have previous experience working with small to medium-sized businesses via outbound calls and emails. Identifying decision-makers, ensuring they are satisfied with their existing products/solutions, identifying areas for improvement for the practice, demonstrating solutions to decision-makers, and closing expansion revenue are the keys to success in this role. Essential Duties: Meet or exceed monthly expansion revenue quota targets Develop relationships with current ProSites' customers to understand their goals Solve problems that could lead to customer churn or damage their trust in ProSites Make 40-50 outbound calls each day to educate decision-makers on industry best practices and areas of opportunity Demonstrate our recommended solutions and close 20-30 deals per month Overcome technical and business objections Possess a thorough understanding of our products and services as well as industry trends Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications: Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals in a sales cycle PI32729124-25660-a2633559e787
