we do.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to deeply understand
their business objectives, workflows, and technical
requirements.
- Conduct regular discovery sessions, workshops, and
requirement-gathering meetings.
- Translate customer requirements into clear, detailed technical
specifications for the engineering team.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the
product/engineering teams.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product
capabilities.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to
prioritize requirements and define project scopes.
- Participate in sprint planning and product roadmap
discussions.
- Provide input on solution architecture and system design based
on customer needs.
- Validate engineering deliverables against customer requirements
to ensure alignment.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating
for their needs in product development discussions.
- Proactively identify potential product improvements based on
customer feedback.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer
requirements, project plans, and solution designs.
- Provide regular status updates to both customers and internal
stakeholders.This is a hybrid role working Tues, Wed and Thurs in
office and Mon and Fri working remote.RequirementsMinimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as Solutions
Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software
implementation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written
and verbal.
- Ability to understand and document complex technical and
business requirements.a
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a
plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
project management systems.Bonus Points:
- Experience working with large enterprise customers in
SaaS.
- Familiarity with API integrations and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
simultaneously.

BenefitsMarket-level compensation based on experience: $140,000 -
$180,000 OTE.Workiz provides a comprehensive benefits package,
featuring employee stock options, Medical, Dental, and Vision
coverage options, and up to a 4% match on 401k contributions.This
is a hybrid position. We will prioritize candidates located in San
Diego, CA or Austin, TX. Remote candidates may be
