Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer (ServiceNow).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance ServiceNow platform features focused on backend
workflows, automation, and third-party integrations
Partner with internal stakeholders to define needs and translate
them into buildable solutions
Design and deploy workflow automations and guide ServiceNow
upgrades and deployment strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including backend
scripting and platform configuration
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with REST APIs and
third-party system integrations
Familiarity with Workflow Designer, Service Catalogs, and core ITSM
modules
Experience leading discovery sessions and facilitating change
Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
