Job PurposeA Principal Consultant - ServiceNow Employee
Experience serves as the ServiceNow subject matter expert (SME)
during the pre-sales stage by assisting Sales in analyzing and
qualifying customer demand (opportunity). They lead scope of work
calls, process leadership, product demonstrations, and proposal
creation for strategic accounts. They act as a technical and
practical guide in communicating the business value of implementing
solutions in ServiceNow Employee Experience, both to customers and
internally through marketing initiatives, and lead the realization
of business outcomes via product
implementation.Responsibilities
- Guide in ServiceNow Employee Experience, providing process
leadership, direction, and recommendations based on
experience.
- Understand clients' business and technical problems addressed
by automation and ServiceNow, including industry regulations,
business drivers, and security.
- Conduct product demonstrations, tailored to prospects and
existing customers, onsite and virtually.
- Prepare work estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
- Respond to Requests for Information/Proposals.
- Support marketing events such as user conferences, trade shows,
and webinars.
- Create content showcasing Thirdera's expertise and
differentiators in ServiceNow's Employee Experience (HRSD, LSD)
practice area.
- Stay current on competitors and understand
differentiators.
- Coordinate with Sales and Professional Services for transition
briefings before deployment.
- Lead successful project delivery, ensuring scope, results,
client satisfaction, and business outcomes.
- Create and maintain sales and implementation collateral like
estimate templates, success stories, and workshop decks.
- Drive continuous improvement of implementation methodology and
service offerings based on client feedback.
- Contribute to offering conceptualization, growth, and
iteration.
- Participate in marketing activities such as blogs, webinars,
and events.Required Experience and Certifications
- Graduate in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a
related field.
- Certification System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Presales Certification.
- ITIL Foundations.
- Scrum Master Certified - preferred.
- SN Certified Implementation Specialist CIS - HRSD or equivalent
- preferred.
- 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow.
- 2+ years of experience working with HRSD or LSD.Applications
accepted until May 30, 2025.The annual salary ranges from $133,000
to $159,000, depending on experience and qualifications.This
position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive
