Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate to manage
hospital accounts requiring follow-up with insurance payers.
Key Responsibilities
Review, validate, and manage hospital accounts in the Patient
Accounting system and payer portals
Diagnose claim denials and implement strategies to prevent future
occurrences
Resolve open insurance accounts receivable by engaging with payers
and writing appeal letters
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in hospital billing, revenue cycle, or data
analytics
Proficiency in revenue cycle software and electronic health record
(EHR) systems
Organized and analytical self-starter with strong critical thinking
skills
Ability to meet production, accuracy, and efficiency benchmarks
