Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical support
and coverage
Define and communicate technical success plans tailored to customer
goals
Facilitate customer onboarding and drive the adoption of Elastic
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems, or related field preferred
Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect or
Technical Consultant
Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent
technologies is a plus
Familiarity with key IT domains, including Observability,
Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search
Passion for technology trends and eagerness to learn new
solutions
