our Frontier direct sales operations. You'll gain hands-on
experience with Frontier's fiber internet, TV packages, and voice
services while honing customer engagement and essential sales
techniques. This full-time role offers hands-on training and
mentorship for those new to sales, providing valuable front-line
experience while connecting the Pomona community with essential
telecom solutions and driving new enrollments. Key Responsibilities
of the Junior Sales Representative Engage potential customers in
retail settings and events, fostering an inviting space to explore
Frontier services. Participate in hands-on training to quickly
master Frontier's fiber internet, TV, and voice solutions, becoming
a trusted resource for customer inquiries. Identify customer needs
through strategic questioning and active listening, uncovering

Deliver dynamic demonstrations that highlight Frontier's core
features, benefits, and value, igniting customer interest and
purchase intent. Support customers by answering questions about
Frontier's offerings and promotions, providing clear information
that guides them toward a confident purchase decision. Strengthen
the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, preparing sales materials,
and maintaining engaging product displays to drive customer
interest. Master customer engagement, rapport-building, and
persuasive communication strategies essential for success at every
stage of the sales cycle. Keep precise records of customer
interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system to
ensure consistent follow-up and engagement. Collaborate with sales
